Reservations
Reservations should be made at least 48 hours and can be made up to three months in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis. No same day bookings.
Room reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past the reservation start time.
Important Details
Please check in and out with staff. Your reservation time includes setting up the meeting room, conducting the meeting, and cleaning up by putting away tables and chairs during the confirmed reservation time. For evening reservations, the meeting and clean up must conclude before the Library closes.
Central Resource Library Carmack Community Room features:
- Accommodates 150 people
- 125 chairs and 32 tables
- Projector and Projection screens
- 2 handheld microphones and 2 corded microphones
- 1 lapel microphone
- HDMI cords
- Lectern
- Movable magnetic whiteboard

How to Book
