Reservations should be made at least 48 hours and can be made up to three months in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis. No same day bookings.
Room reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past the reservation start time.

Your reservation time includes setting up the meeting room, conducting the meeting, and cleaning up by putting away tables and chairs during the confirmed reservation time. For evening reservations, the meeting and clean up must conclude before the Library closes.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the library so long as it is not disruptive to other patrons and is not damaging to library facilities and property.
