Reservations

Reservations should be made at least 48 hours and can be made up to three months in advance, on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day reservations are not available.

Room reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past the reservation start time.

Important Details

Please check in and out with staff. Your reservation time includes setting up the meeting room, conducting the meeting, and cleaning up by putting away tables and chairs during the confirmed reservation time. For evening reservations, the meeting and clean up must conclude before the Library closes.
