Explore this interactive program series that teaches research-based keys to help individuals grow old gracefully, successfully, and with increased longevity. The curriculum reinforces and empowers participants with tools to improve personal health, wellness, and overall quality of life throughout the aging process.? This 4-week session will cover these 4 of the 12 keys-Physical Activity, Social Activity, Financial Affairs, and Practice Being Safe. Program in partnership between JoCo Parks and Rec and K-State Extension. For 50+. $5 for Residents, $6 for Non-Residents.
