Med Instead of Meds six-week series
Eating the Med (Mediterranean) Way has been proven to protect against chronic illness. In some cases, eating the Med Way may even result in decreasing medications taken for blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. This six-week interactive series will be taught by our nutrition agent and dietician, Chelsea Reinberg. Come learn the seven simple steps to start eating the Med Way to day and try delicious Med based recipes that are nutritious and tasty.
