WEN: The Isolation Disconnect (online workshop)

This workshop is designed to help individuals recognize and address feelings of loneliness and isolation. They will also learn how to build meaningful connections with others and cultivate a sense of belonging and community. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own needs and emotions, and develop the skills to create a more fulfilling and connected life.
